About The Position

As a B2B Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving new business growth by prospecting, engaging, and winning small to medium-sized customers within a defined territory. This is a high-velocity, results-driven sales role where you’ll leverage a mix of phone, video, face-to-face interactions, and digital tools to build meaningful relationships and deliver tailored solutions. If you are competitive, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets while building long-term customer partnerships, this is the opportunity for you. This is a remote position with a regional focus. This position supports customers in Colorado. While the role primarily supports working from home, the individual performing this role would live within or adjacent to this region.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and win new small to medium business customers within your assigned territory
  • Generate new business revenue
  • Conduct high-volume outreach using prioritized call lists and digital sales tools
  • Set and manage weekly appointments with key decision-makers
  • Utilize professional selling techniques to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions
  • Effectively communicate Staples’ value proposition
  • Overcome objections and close sales opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to advance and close deals
  • Onboard and ramp newly acquired accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
