About The Position

This is a part-time (3 days per week) entry-level opportunity with ImpactBio, supporting the launch of Pivya®, an FDA-approved oral antibiotic for uncomplicated urinary tract infections (uUTIs), in partnership with Alembic Therapeutics. The role is designed for motivated, coachable individuals eager to learn and break into the pharmaceutical sales industry. It offers a structured, field-based schedule with hands-on experience and a clear path to a full-time role for high performers. This position is with ImpactBio, a commercial partner in Life Sciences, with potential for expansion or transition to Alembic Therapeutics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, retail, service, or related)
  • Strong interest in breaking into pharmaceutical or healthcare sales
  • Proven work ethic and ability to deliver results in a performance-driven environment
  • Coachability—someone who takes direction well and applies feedback quickly
  • Highly motivated, organized, and accountable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently while following a defined sales plan
  • Willingness to travel within territory during assigned workdays
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience is not required

Responsibilities

  • Promote Pivya® to healthcare providers within your assigned territory
  • Learn and execute a structured sales process and messaging strategy
  • Build relationships with physicians, nurses, and office staff
  • Apply training and coaching consistently in the field
  • Execute a focused territory plan within assigned workdays
  • Provide timely updates, insights, and field feedback to leadership
  • Maintain full compliance with all company and industry regulations
