MOTORYSE is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to build and grow a dealer and partner network within a defined geographic territory. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, demonstrating, signing, and activating new accounts that can sell, specify, install, or purchase MOTORYSE products. The target accounts include window covering dealers, blind and shade retailers, AV integrators, CEDIA firms, and home furnishing businesses. The role also involves developing new sales opportunities with senior living communities, assisted living facilities, hotels, property managers, interior designers, contractors, and renovation firms. This position offers long-term account ownership with commission earned on orders placed by active dealers and partners, including repeat orders. Year 1 focuses on building the territory, while subsequent years involve a mix of new account acquisition, account management, and partner growth.
