Roxtec Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across the Greater Kansas City region, supporting customers in power, renewables, and critical infrastructure markets. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in value-added, technical sales, particularly within industrial sectors such as oil & gas, power generation, renewable energy, chemical processing, manufacturing, or other engineering-driven environments. You will leverage a consultative sales approach to position Roxtec’s engineered sealing solutions within mission-critical applications, supporting customers as they navigate increasingly complex infrastructure, energy transition, and reliability challenges while delivering measurable value. In this position, you will build and expand strategic relationships, navigate long and technical sales cycles, and partner with key stakeholders to ensure project success. Your ability to understand customer challenges, influence specifications, and communicate total cost of ownership will be essential in driving sustainable growth. The Territory Sales Representative is crucial in driving our company's growth by managing and expanding strategic accounts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on a specific business segment, ensuring that sales targets and revenue generation are met and exceeded. By building and nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, the Territory Sales Representative will be instrumental in establishing our brand as a leader in the Cable and Pipe Transit Seals industry.
