The Territory Sales Manager will also serve as a technical resource, communicate sales goals and market trends to management, and maintain professional knowledge through relevant associations. Regular review of accounts, attendance at training, and interaction with customer representatives are expected. Upholding the highest level of customer service and ethical behavior, addressing customer requests positively, and implementing sales directives are key aspects of the role. Maintaining accurate files, a safe work area, and adhering to all company rules, policies, procedures, and safety guidelines are also required.
