Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive aftermarket industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Basic computer and order-entry proficiency required.
  • Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on branch needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial customers.
  • Generate sales through account development, outbound communication, and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order placement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Address customer questions and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor sales activity and identify opportunities to increase account growth and retention.
  • Maintain working knowledge of automotive parts, industry trends, and company product offerings.
  • Collaborate with branch leadership and internal teams to support overall sales objectives.
  • Participate in local business development efforts and customer visits when needed.
