We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager who is thrilled to manage the branch’s external sales and revenue objectives for the territory assigned. Reporting to the General Manager, Quebec & Ottawa, in this role, you will play a key role in developing, securing, and monitoring clients’ existing and new labor force rental and housing needs, including all industries and sectors involved. Requirements

  • Proven account management and competitive sales experience in the modular space rental industry.
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in business and/or construction
  • Proficiently bilingual in both French and English (verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Sales Force and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience in sales in managing more than one territory.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently develop sales territory
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and operate with limited supervision.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and communication skills (written & verbal).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sale and rental of new and used ATCO products and services, including market development for ATCO products and keeping track of current market prices to ensure a profitable and competitive position.
  • Securing new sales and leases with new and existing customers within company guidelines
  • Keep up to date on competitors, their products, pricing, and market strategy approaches.
  • Review and recommend changes to our products and services to reflect market needs, including advertising, brochures, and other sales materials.
  • Assists with customer inquiries, and sales requests (telephone and external)
  • Manage the assigned geographical territory to ensure maximum penetration.
  • Prepare bids, Project documents and liaise with customers, and create detailed and accurate price request forms (PCRs)
  • Maintain and ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction with regular contact with existing and potential clients
  • Be well-informed on current industry trends and able to communicate effectively with customers on relevant industry activities.
  • Ensures overall excellence in quality standards and projects meet customer and internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Great team player with strong organizational alignment and effective networks to achieve decisive results.
