The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by prospecting and acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The TSM will identify sales opportunities, present products or services, negotiate deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets for the Burndy product line. The territory is West Texas covering areas Abilene, San Angelo, Big Spring, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo or Lubbock. The incumbent must live in one of these areas, with Lubbock being the preferred location.
