About The Position

Nixon Medical is a leading provider of high-quality medical goods and equipment dedicated to improving patient care and outcomes. We serve healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, and medical clinics, by offering a comprehensive range of products designed to meet their diverse needs. As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales within assigned territories. This is a field-based hunting role focused on generating new business by identifying, pursuing, and securing new customer relationships. Candidates with experience in field-based business development and new business hunting are encouraged to apply. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical goods to doctors and healthcare professionals within your designated territory. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with existing customers while also identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; healthcare-related degree or experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to effectively manage your assigned territory, including prioritizing target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, and allocating resources to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Proactively prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities with doctors, medical practices, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
  • Present product demonstrations, conduct product trainings, and provide detailed information on product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Gather feedback from customers and provide insights to internal teams to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
  • Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance against targets and provide visibility to management.
