About The Position

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the Mobile, AL market. This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on new business development, while also managing and growing existing accounts. You will have significant autonomy to build your territory, supported by a strong internal team and an expansive product offering.

Requirements

  • Proven success in industrial MRO sales or a closely related industry
  • Strong prospecting skills with a track record of building business from the ground up
  • Knowledge of relevant product categories such as fasteners, power transmission, electrical, or fluid power
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Visit customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet
  • Own your territory and drive revenue growth against defined targets
  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain pipeline activity and track progress in CRM
