About The Position

TruStile Doors, a Marvin Brand, and the industry leader in high-end architectural doors, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a newly created Atlantic/Gulf Coast territory. The area will include Northeast/North Central Florida, Georgia & Southern South Carolina Coastal region, Florida Panhandle and Alabama Gulf Coast. This role is responsible for driving TruStile’s residential sales growth through strong dealer partnerships and actively driving TruStile brand awareness and project specifications with interior designers, architects and custom home builders. TruStile is the recognized leader in design and quality for interior doors. We’re redefining interior doors as an essential architectural design element.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience in Dealer Channel sales execution in the building materials industry.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to train and engage small to medium-sized groups (up to 50 people).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across TruStile and Marvin sales teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in sales planning and using sales data to prioritize time management and pinpoint opportunities.
  • Must work well within a diverse workplace, handle challenges that arise with respect.

Nice To Haves

  • A background in architectural and design sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and relationships with millwork dealers in the territory is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with dealer management to establish and execute strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and train the existing dealer base to maximize sales performance.
  • Evaluate market opportunities to identify and onboard new dealers in key areas.
  • Work alongside dealers to drive demand with builders, architects, and interior designers.
  • Independently develop relationships with key decision-makers to position TruStile as the preferred interior door solution.
  • Ensure TruStile doors are integrated into custom home design plans and specifications.
  • Deliver effective presentations and training to dealers, builders, architects, and designers (up to 50 attendees).
  • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, sales pipeline, and dealer engagement.
  • Serve as a TruStile brand expert, supporting dealers and trade partners to increase TruStile’s brand awareness.
  • Actively train designers and architects on TruStile’s design/specification tools.
