The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is the frontline of the Watts Water Quality sales organization in our water treatment channel. The TSM is responsible for driving sales growth, fostering close customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and adding new customers in the region. The TSM is responsible for delivering upon established sales goals including top line revenue, margin and share growth. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is an important component of the company’s aggressive growth strategy. This position reports to the Director of Sales and is remote.
