The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for the profitable growth of an assigned territory across all SPATCO business lines. As the main customer contact, the TSM will develop new business, expand existing accounts, and sell SPATCO’s full portfolio of equipment, installation, maintenance, parts, EV/electrical, and environmental solutions. Success is measured by the gross profit generated within the territory. The TSM manages the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to quoting, closing, and coordinating delivery with operations and service teams.
