The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for driving B2B sales performance and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth and enhance customer satisfaction within a defined territory and portfolio of accounts. This role focuses on developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, decision-makers, and primary customer contacts. A critical component of the position is providing in-depth product knowledge and consultative sales support across the full range of AGI (Farm) product lines. The TSM will regularly monitor sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets. Through proactive field engagement, the incumbent will build strong customer relationships, assess client needs, and deliver tailored solutions that are effectively executed and supported. Ongoing account development is achieved through technical expertise, responsive service, and consistent follow-through to ensure long-term customer success and loyalty.
