About The Position

Sika Corporation is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join its growing team in the Dallas, TX area for its Colorbiotics business. The Territory Sales Manager will proactively prospect long-term, profitable relationships and manage sales objectives at the territory level. The territory manager is responsible for achieving the revenue and net profit objectives as agreed upon with his/her supervisor. Understand and implement the Colorbiotics Selling System, focusing on identifying and satisfying customer needs. Conduct a Customer Needs Assessment and provide technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Negotiate prices, terms of sales and service agreements. Maintain customer records, using automated systems and Sales Force. Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences. Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing. Responsible for collecting AR and managing territory P&L Budget. Conduct Yearly Reviews with customers to anticipate needs. Maintain and grow the customer base.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business, Agriculture Studies, Marketing, or other relevant business degree.
  • At least 5 years business or business outside sales experience.
  • Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, internet application) etc.
  • Consultative selling skills
