About The Position

Lightspeed develops a management platform dedicated to the restaurant industry, designed to help hospitality establishments adapt, regain control of their business, and focus on what matters most: bringing the establishments they love to life. As part of the launch and development of Lightspeed in Luxembourg, we are looking for motivated Field Account Executives with the idea of building a new local market. This is a unique opportunity to join an international tech and SaaS player, while having a concrete impact on the Luxembourg economic fabric. As a Field Account Executive, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of restaurants in Luxembourg. Through a consultative and proximity sales approach, you will identify new clients, develop lasting relationships with restaurateurs, and guide them in choosing solutions adapted to their specific needs. You will actively contribute to the brand awareness and development of Lightspeed in the Luxembourg market. 📍 Field position based in Luxembourg

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and French is essential (German and/or Luxembourgish are strong assets).
  • Experience in B2B sales, field sales, or the restaurant/related sector.
  • Strong aptitude for field sales and daily customer contact.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade at various decision-making levels.
  • Track record of commercial performance with achievement or exceeding of objectives.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.
  • Autonomy, proactivity, creativity, and flexibility.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospective restaurants in Luxembourg and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting (outbound calls, field visits) to closing.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in person and remotely, and design tailor-made solutions.
  • Build trusting relationships with restaurateurs, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition between sales, onboarding, and deployment.
  • Use Salesforce (CRM) to manage your commercial activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
  • Analyze the local market and competition to position Lightspeed as a reference solution for point-of-sale and management in the Luxembourg restaurant industry.
