About The Position

Azend Pharma seeks a full-time, in-person Territory Sales Manager to market clinical automation services to healthcare providers within a defined territory. The role focuses on building and maintaining prescriber relationships, driving company growth, and serving as the liaison between medical practices and the Company. In this role, you will be marketing your pharmacy’s services to healthcare providers. You will be responsible for executing innovative sales strategies aimed at driving pharmacy growth and maximizing client satisfaction. You will be responsible for establishing the specialty pharmacy as the preferred pharmacy of choice by identifying opportunities to support prescribers and their patients through a consultative and relationship-based approach. TSM will act as a liaison between medical practices and the pharmacy. Requirements

  • 1+ year of healthcare or related sales experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication/presentation skills and a competitive mindset.
  • Holds a valid U.S. driver’s license and has a reliable car for 100% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies and document activity in CRM.
  • Track market trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape in your territory.
  • Provide insights and feedback to leadership to shape sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and service development.
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and facility tours to increase visibility.
