About The Position

Territory Sales Manager McAllen, TX About Us: Henderson Wholesale, established in 1999, is a family-owned and operated multi-state distributorship of Hunt Brothers Pizza®, an international pizza brand with over 10,000 locations worldwide. We specialize in helping convenience store owners grow their businesses with the number one pizza brand in the C-store industry! As the third largest distributorship in the nation, we are growing rapidly, offering an exciting opportunity to join our team as we expand into the South Texas market.

Requirements

• 5+ years cold calling and prospecting experience, with a track record of success
• Speak fluent Spanish and English
• Intermediate to advanced technology skills, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Ability to pass a drug test, criminal background check, and Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pursuing new store opportunities
• Delivering persuasive sales pitches and product demonstrations
• Establishing new locations and assisting in successful installations
• Building and maintaining business relationships to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the McAllen Territory
• Oversee and assist Account Manager and Assistant Account Manager
• Maintaining the highest working and driving safety standards
• Over-communicating with district managers and the corporate office
