About The Position

Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to build its growing Danvers, Massachusetts market. The role involves helping businesses discover quality products with speed and service. This position is part of the Boston, MA sales team, offering camaraderie, training, a 12-week mentorship program, and continuous career development. The Territory Sales Manager is expected to identify growth opportunities, meet with existing customers on-site, build relationships, and create effective solutions using Uline's extensive product range of 43,000 high-quality products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent written / verbal communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and great driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts as well as prospect for new business.
  • Spend Monday planning and scheduling, on-site visits with customers Tuesday - Friday.
  • Create effective solutions for customers using our 43,000 high quality products.
  • Identify growth opportunities within your markets.
  • Meet with existing customers on-site and build relationships.
