Responsible for the development and performance of sales activities of the assigned territory. This role supports growth strategies within the territory by managing budget quotations, order intake, revenue, customer visits, and following up on open payments for both MAN PrimeServ and MAN Omnicare-3rd Party equipment solutions. The position involves winning new customers through a systematic approach, developing MAN Omnicare - 3rd Party Equipment solutions, and ensuring understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions. It also includes registering and accepting MAN-ES products with customers/end-users to maximize market potential, building customer relationships from prospecting to closing, negotiating and approving contracts and service agreements, and developing/implementing marketing plans while overseeing the sales budget. The role provides regional coordination between customers/agents and headquarters, collects market intelligence and competitor activities, and conducts structured Quarterly Business Reviews.
