About The Position

High Bar Brands is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to support our Great Plains Sales territory, including Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Colorado, and Wyoming. This role is responsible for growing sales across a multi-state region by developing strong relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users. The ideal candidate will be located near Kansas City (MO/KS) or Omaha, NE to support efficient travel within the territory. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field OR 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven success in B2B and/or B2C sales environments
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel extensively

Nice To Haves

  • Mechanical aptitude or experience in the heavy-duty truck/trailer industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with fleets, distributors, and end users
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and updates on territory performance
  • Conduct product training and support customers on installation and use
  • Represent the company at trade shows, open houses, and industry events
  • Partner with Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance teams to support customer needs
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory (approximately 75% travel)
