This role is for a Territory Sales Manager in the Restaurants Sales team, focusing on the Dallas market. The position is full-time and involves field sales, connecting with local restaurant owners to help them improve their operations with NCR Voyix's technology, including POS systems, kitchen tools, and contactless payments. The company emphasizes innovation and making a real-world impact in the restaurant industry.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • A hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships.
  • Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms).
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to connect with people.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Local to the Dallas, TX area and open to daily travel.

Nice To Haves

  • Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between).
  • Previous experience in using CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Dallas area.
  • Meet clients face-to-face, understand their needs, and demonstrate how the company's technology can transform their operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Use tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance.
  • Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance sales pitches.
