About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in Woodworking, Construction, or Technical sales to join our sales team and drive growth in these markets. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on industry expertise to identify opportunities, develop client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions in a competitive B2B environment.

Requirements

Travel through the territory of: North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory up to 50% of the time.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an adhesive or technical sales role.
Proven track record in the woodworking, construction, or building materials industries.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Be self-motivated and independent.
Valid driver’s license in the State in which you reside.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities in the Woodworking, Construction, and Technical product sectors.
Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, millwork companies, and manufacturing partners.
Provide technical support and consultation to clients regarding product selection, application, and integration.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
Utilize the company’s CRM tool to track, maintain accurate records, and manage sales activities.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the company and generate leads.
