The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable sales growth throughout the Midwest territory by developing new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships within the engine, mobile equipment, industrial, OEM, fluid power, and municipal markets. This individual serves as a trusted technical sales consultant, working closely with customers to understand their application requirements and deliver innovative Cattron control solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated hunter with a strong technical aptitude, experience selling into engine or mobile equipment markets, and a proven ability to grow territory revenue. Preferred residence: Denver, CO; Salt Lake City, UT; Minneapolis, MN; or Las Vegas, NV.
