About The Position
Alta Coatings - Desert Polymers Flooring is a leading provider of high-performance specialty coatings, delivering innovative and reliable solutions across multiple industries including resinous decorative coatings, concrete restoration, waterproofing deck coatings, and building envelope systems. We are committed to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive business growth throughout Southern California. This role includes developing new business, managing existing relationships, and promoting specialty coating solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years B2B sales experience (coatings/construction preferred)
- Proven sales performance
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Valid driver's license and travel ability
