Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales experience.
  • Strong commitment to integrity and a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding and explaining mix designs, specifications, and performance characteristics effectively.
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining team-oriented and customer-focused.
  • Proficiency in computer applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.

  • Paving or maintenance experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers by frequently driving to their sites, ensuring a strong presence and understanding of their needs.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of our company's materials and offerings.
  • Manage leads, quotations, sales reports, and expense accounts effectively.
  • Act as a proactive relationship builder, communicating vital information between customers and our operations teams.
  • Offer hands-on demonstrations and troubleshooting guidance, helping clients maximize their usage of our equipment.
  • Play a key role in setting up and assisting at trade shows, fostering connections.
  • Collaborate efficiently with operations, sales, and manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Conduct background checks, employee eligibility verifications, and schedule pre-hire screening requirements, including but not limited to drug testing and physicals.
