Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-performance dental sales.
  • Self-starter who thrives on competition and possesses the "grit" required to navigate long sales cycles.
  • Mastery of strategic negotiation and territory mapping.
  • Ability to articulate complex scientific value propositions to savvy business owners.
  • Must reside in/near the territory in the Greater Toronto Area.

Nice To Haves

  • A University Degree in Business, Science, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert high-value clinical accounts across the GTA, disrupting established competitors with superior technology.
  • Act as a technical expert in the surgical suite, guiding clinicians through immediate loading protocols and complex anatomical cases.
  • Develop and execute a rigorous territory business plan to exceed aggressive growth targets and secure market dominance.
  • Lead study clubs and formal educational seminars to position our technology as the gold standard for modern practices.
