GEICO is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Commercial for the IA/MN/WI region. This role is responsible for growing agency relationships to increase the profit of GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products within an assigned area. The position involves managing a territory of 120-150 truck and commercial specialist accounts, developing and implementing best practices to enhance sales resource proficiency, and analyzing territories to create strategic plans for growth and profitability. The role requires a strong understanding of commercial insurance products, market trends, and sales tools to assist agencies in problem-solving and revenue growth. The Territory Sales Manager will also be responsible for competitive intelligence, prospecting and onboarding new commercial agencies, training agents on GEICO products and processes, monitoring agent performance, and creating sales plans and reports for leadership. Interaction with state and industry associations and developing training plans for new sales teams are also key aspects of this position.
