About The Position

The Territory Sales Engineer (TSE) is responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned territory. This position serves as the primary commercial resource for ASCO's Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), Power Control Systems (PCS), Critical Power Solutions, and supporting service offerings. The TSE partners closely with consulting engineers, electrical contractors, distributors, and internal sales teams to develop specifications, influence projects, and secure orders.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners through regular field visits and strategic engagement
  • Identify and develop opportunities by understanding partner needs and presenting solutions that solve efficiency and sustainability challenges
  • Present the full Schneider Electric portfolio and collaborate with specialized sales teams to close deals
  • Create and execute account plans that align with commercial strategy and maximize business growth
