About The Position

HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow its presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new business throughout an assigned sales territory in Southern California, specifically San Diego and Orange County. This role combines technical expertise with relationship-building and business development, offering an opportunity to make a direct impact while working with industry-leading products and technologies. Candidates must currently reside in San Diego or Orange County.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers
• Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%
• Must reside in San Diego County or Orange County
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
• Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers
• Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
• Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
