About The Position
HIWIN Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer to grow its presence, strengthen customer relationships, and drive new business throughout an assigned sales territory in Missouri and Kansas. This role combines technical expertise with relationship-building and business development, offering an opportunity to make a direct impact while working with industry-leading products and technologies. Candidates must currently reside in or near Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS. Relocation assistance is not offered.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of technical sales experience with OEM customers
- Motion control, automation, robotics, or related industry experience
- Strong communication, presentation, and CRM skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 60%
- Must reside in or near Kansas City, MO or Kansas City, KS
- Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Responsibilities
- Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities
- Sell technical solutions to OEMs and industrial customers
- Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
- Develop territory plans and execute sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs
- Represent HIWIN at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events
