About The Position
3MG Roofing is growing in Raleigh (& surrounding areas) and we’re looking for people who want to learn how to build a real sales career. Roofing experience is not required. We care more about whether you can talk to people, take coaching, handle rejection and keep showing up. Pest control, hospitality, telecom, car sales, home services are all great backgrounds. Former athlete? Even better. You’ll learn how to knock doors, build relationships, generate your own business and turn activity into income. We’ll give you the training, field support and operations behind you. Perform well, and there’s a clear path to bigger earning opportunities and higher-tier comp. You bring the work ethic. We’ll teach you the rest. No resume? Fine. Tell us why you’d be good at sales.
