The Territory Sales Lead's primary responsibility is the supervision and development of assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role also involves project completion, stocking and maintaining assigned areas, and store communication. The position requires effectively selling and educating customers and store personnel about product lines and other necessary projects. The Territory Sales Lead reports directly to the Market Sales Manager.
