This role reports to the hiring Regional Sales Director and has responsibility for managing a specified territory. The Territory Representative will provide leadership and performance to ensure company goals are achieved. This includes identifying, targeting, and training surgeons for iFuse cases, and marketing to clinician groups to create awareness and support educational activities around SI joint diagnosis and treatment. The representative will also be responsible for meeting sales quotas, providing technical assistance in the operating room, and conducting company business ethically and legally. Specific responsibilities include establishing rapport with customers, assisting in meeting quotas, managing expenses, establishing referral networks, supporting educational activities, providing reporting, and managing implant shelf life and instrument sets. The role also requires supporting the SI-Bone Quality System.
