About The Position

Omada AI is seeking motivated individuals for a true field sales role as Territory Partners. In this position, you will be responsible for walking into local businesses, pitching directly to owners, and getting them set up on the Omada AI marketing platform the same day. You will be expected to find your own prospects, build your own pipeline, and close your own deals. This role is ideal for individuals with prior outside sales experience who enjoy the challenge and reward of self-driven sales. The role involves relentless prospecting within your assigned territory, identifying and approaching local small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). You will conduct in-person sales, pitching business owners face-to-face and initiating live free trials on the spot. The entire sales cycle, from initial contact through trial activation and paid conversion, is managed by the Territory Partner. A key aspect of the role is quickly mastering the Omada AI product, which is designed to be straightforward to learn. Daily activity tracking, participation in team reviews, and continuous improvement of closing rates are also essential components of the position.

Requirements

Proven field / outside sales experience (e.g., D2D, B2B field, territory sales, retail energy/telecom/payments, or similar).
Demonstrated self-prospecting ability, including experience building a pipeline from scratch and comfort with cold approaches.
A closer's mentality, including the ability to ask for the business, handle objections in the moment, and secure a next step.
Self-managed and disciplined, with the ability to run your day like a business owner.
Reliable transportation and the ability to work your territory in person daily.

Responsibilities

Prospect your territory relentlessly, identifying, approaching, and pitching local SMBs through various methods like walk-ins, door pulls, referrals, and local networking.
Own the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing deals.
Sell in person by pitching business owners face-to-face and getting them started in a live free trial on the spot.
Manage the full sales cycle, from the first conversation through trial activation to paid conversion.
Master the Omada AI product quickly to effectively pitch and sell.
Track daily activity, present accounts in team reviews, and improve closing rates week over week.
