About The Position

The Territory Merchandiser will be responsible for maximizing appeal and sales of all products by appropriately displaying them in their POG'd space while also identifying additional off shelf placements throughout the store. The overall appearance of company's products will be greatly influenced by the merchandiser's ability to complete objectives from FTB sales team, and effectively coordinating them with brand reps, and the managers at assigned stores. Core functions of the role will include maintaining adequate and shopable stock levels, keeping shelves organized and to POG, and setting up displays and promotional materials. Coordinate lift/cleans and resets. Keeping an organized and clean space in assigned backstock areas will be critical in; preventing breakage, allowing sales team to manage proper inventory, and allowing for quick deliveries. Other responsibilities may include, but not limited to, repairing damaged products, organizing damaged products for return, and consolidating cases, delivering emergency orders, training new hires.

Requirements

• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to move cases of beverages weighing 20+ lbs.
• Physically able to perform repetitive movements i.e.; bend, kneel, squat, lift.
• Valid NJ driver's license.

• Prior retail/merchandising experience preferred, but not required.
