About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Kansas City territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, educating providers about products and services, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The position also requires collaboration with the marketing team, providing client support, reporting on sales performance, and representing the company at industry events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market, particularly in cardiology and arrhythmias.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Pharma or B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in managing a territory and achieving sales goals.
  • Established network within the healthcare community in the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the Kansas City territory.
