Territory Manager — Commercial Sales Waste Connections of Colorado Springs $40,000 - 50,000 + Commission and Mileage Reimbursement. Requirements

  • 2+ years of outside B2B contract sales success
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated professional comfortable managing a large territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed expectations

Responsibilities

  • Sell commercial waste and recycling removal services across the Colorado Springs market
  • Prospect, build relationships, and uncover new opportunities (approximately 70% field-based)
  • Serve as the primary contact for an existing portfolio of customers
  • Prepare bids, maintain sales activity reporting, and manage pipeline growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, associations, and trade shows
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Participate in strategic planning and account management initiatives (approximately 30% office-based)
