Territory Manager - South Los Angeles
About The Position
Dreem Health is America’s leading digital sleep clinic, powered by Sunrise’s technology. Dreem Health makes sleep care simple by offering home-based testing, expert telehealth visits, and personalized treatment plans. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for building relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to our digital sleep clinic. You will promote our sleep care services, educate providers, organize events, and create awareness within your assigned territory. This role involves tracking referral activity, sharing insights, and contributing to growth strategies. Requirements
- 2+ years in healthcare, either in partnerships, provider relations, or sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Strong understanding of healthcare referral processes.
- Experience with CRM systems (specifically Hubspot) and data reporting tools.

- Knowledge of sleep health, mainly sleep apnea.

Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with physicians, specialists, and clinics to drive referrals to Dreem Health's digital sleep clinic.
- Promote life-changing sleep care services, particularly for patients with sleep apnea.
- Educate healthcare providers on Dreem Health's offerings.
- Organize lunch & learns and other events to create awareness across the territory.
- Track referral activity and share insights with internal teams.
- Play a hands-on role in shaping growth strategies for the territory.
