About The Position

The Territory Manager is a full-time, field-based role serving the Baltimore metro area. Based from home within the territory, the role focuses on expanding access to Nabi Health’s weight-inclusive nutrition care by growing a network of healthcare-provider referral partners. The Territory Manager meets providers in person, educates them about Nabi’s services, and supports them through the referral process. The role manages a territory independently while collaborating with clinical and operations team members to help providers and patients have a smooth experience. It includes regular practice visits, local events, and representing Nabi in the field.

Requirements

Comfort operating independently in a field-based startup environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare providers.
Relationship-driven approach to outreach and partnership development.
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a pipeline and follow through without heavy oversight.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care.
Demonstrated track record of converting clinical relationships into patient referrals.

Responsibilities

Prospect and identify new providers, building trust and developing long-term referral partnerships.
Conduct in-person drop-ins, lunch-and-learns, and practice visits to explain how Nabi supports patients.
Grow and maintain relationships with existing providers to generate a steady stream of patient referrals.
Communicate the value of Nabi’s care model and streamline the referral process.
Collaborate with clinical and operations team members to support a smooth provider and patient experience.
Manage the territory from a home base, make regular in-person provider visits, attend local events, and represent Nabi in the field.
