CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, a division of CooperCompanies, focused on providing medical devices, testing, and treatment options, as well as assisted reproductive technology and genomic testing solutions. The company is expanding its EMEA business unit, which is the first direct sales team outside the United States. This position is for a Territory Manager in the NRW region of Germany, joining the German sales team with a focus on Medical Devices. The role is field-based, covering hospitals, particularly in operating rooms and delivery suites. It involves supporting the transition of newly acquired and established products, as well as launching new and unique products. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping sales success and building the infrastructure of the EMEA business. The primary role involves meeting customers and driving sales growth within the existing and expanding gynecology and obstetrics portfolio. The Territory Manager will build strong customer relationships, communicate with various stakeholders in private and public hospitals, and focus on training and selling in operating rooms and delivery suites. The role requires creating and executing territory plans to meet sales targets and KPIs, identifying business opportunities, and implementing market strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, positive, energetic, enjoys delivering results, and works well in a team, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge. Success in this role includes driving new product launches, acquiring new customers, and being a key contact for Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and relevant stakeholders in Gynecology/Obstetrics.
