About The Position

As a Territory Sales Manager for our Moen brand, a trusted leader in plumbing fixtures and water solutions, you will play an important role in nurturing relationships and supporting customers across your territory. You will partner closely with wholesalers, dealers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, share knowledge, and deliver thoughtful solutions that create long-term value. This role focuses on building meaningful connections, supporting an established book of business, and collaboratively identifying opportunities for growth. You will work alongside internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, supportive customer experience while contributing to Moen’s continued success in the market. Requirements

  • 3+ years of field sales experience within the building materials or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive, lasting relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on listening and understanding
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected and responsive to team and customer needs
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel (approximately 1–2 nights per month)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience within the plumbing or related industry
  • Experience working with distributors, dealers, contractors, and plumbers

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with wholesalers, plumbing contractors (new construction and repair/remodel), kitchen and bath dealers, and other partners
  • Support customers through regular check-ins, thoughtful communication, and a consistent sales call schedule
  • Share product knowledge and implement merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs that align with customer goals
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development teams to support shared success
  • Maintain open communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership
  • Listen to customer feedback and monitor local market trends to better understand evolving needs
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen connections and brand presence
  • Develop and care for a territory plan that supports sustainable growth and long-term relationships
