As the Northern Michigan Territory Manager, you will represent all of our products and services offered at Manthei Supply, while delivering exceptional customer support and market expertise. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required
  • Ability to lift and transport 50 lbs. of product samples and promotional materials
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile apps, and Microsoft Office
  • Must be open to regular travel, including overnight stays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, construction, or related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in construction, landscape, or hardscape industries preferred
  • Hands-on field service, contracting, or installation experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory growth goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Northern Michigan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, municipalities, and commercial customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and project estimates in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with personnel to ensure outstanding customer service and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
