Join the Pape’ Team! As a Territory Manager, you will be in a rewarding sales career with unlimited earning potential and opportunities for growth. In this role, you will drive strategic material handling solutions by leveraging the full portfolio of equipment, technology, service, and fleet management offerings from Papé Material Handling across an assigned territory and a defined group of major account customers. You will be responsible for territory coverage, developing new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers across all segments. In addition, you will identify, prioritize, and grow key accounts and target customers, serving as a trusted partner within those organizations. Success in this role includes balancing territory development with focused major account management, actively managing and developing a robust sales pipeline, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. You will ensure all opportunities—both territory-driven and major account-focused—are accurately tracked through Salesforce from contact to closing.
