About The Position

Responsible for the delivery of the service promise to our customers while selling, servicing profitable accounts. This role involves managing annual sales growth through retaining, growing, and acquiring new accounts. The Territory Manager will service existing accounts through regular contact, make cold calls, and service new and profitable accounts. A key aspect of the role is to be knowledgeable on products, services, machine limitations, and costing variables, and to follow up and communicate customer specifications regarding particular orders. The position also requires processing all required paperwork in a timely manner, providing information to the Field Sales Manager for the annual sales budget, and coordinating entertainment activities to build and maintain customer relationships. The Territory Manager must conduct business professionally at all times to assure a positive company image and be active in the community to build business networks/contacts. Collaboration with team members internally is essential to provide rapid response to customer needs, delivering the Ultimate Corrugated Experience and promoting a positive company image. The role includes providing weekly pipeline updates to the Director of Sales and Field Sales Managers, being responsible for new item information accuracy, turning in accurate monthly expense reports, attending bi-weekly sales meetings, and utilizing sales resources for selling strategies.

Requirements

  • High functioning user of the Amtech operating system.
  • Ability to use Excel, VPS and email communication.
  • Needs to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and via email.
  • Proficient user of all forms for Customer Service, Design and Estimating/Pricing.
