About The Position

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned territory, which includes Pittsburgh, Cleveland, W. VA, and Upstate NY (Buffalo and Syracuse). This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote innovative medical technology products in the critical care space. The position requires conducting product presentations and demonstrations, analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, preparing sales forecasts, attending industry events, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Critical care nursing experience
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Solid understanding of medical products, technology, and the healthcare landscape
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic environments
  • Ability to travel within territory - 70% or potentially more

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in critical care nursing
  • Previous experience in medical sales call points, or a related field
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare professionals
