About The Position

Trim-Tex, Inc., a family-owned manufacturer of drywall solutions, is growing! We’ve built our reputation by focusing on quality, reliability, and long-term partnerships with our customers. We are looking for a customer-experience focused Territory Manager that will play a key role in building and expanding distributor and contractor business relationships within the Southwestern part of the United States including Southern California, Arizona, Nevada. Candidates must be currently located in this regional area. Relocations are not being considered.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow long-term customer relationships within a defined territory
  • Experience developing new business while supporting and expanding existing accounts
  • Experience using CRM systems to track opportunities, manage accounts, and maintain an organized sales pipeline
  • Extensive distributor sales experience is required.
  • Candidates must be currently located in the Southern California, Arizona, Nevada regional area.

Nice To Haves

  • Drywall industry and technical drywall solutions experience will be an advantage.

  • Delivering experiences that help internal and external customers exceed expectations.
  • Analyzing trends, problem solve and provide viable solutions to external customers that resolve their needs and enable their business growth.
  • Playing an instrumental part in developing and delivering on key opportunities for Trim-Tex revenue growth.
