About The Position

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets within the assigned territory in MO, KS, Iowa, and Southern IL. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations to promote innovative medical technology products in the critical care space. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about the benefits and features of product solutions. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure alignment in achieving sales goals. Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to stay informed about the latest developments in the medical technology field. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Critical care nursing experience
  • Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Solid understanding of medical products, technology, and the healthcare landscape.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to travel within territory - 70% or potentially more.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in critical care nursing, medical sales call points, or a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare professionals is an advantage.
