About The Position

The Territory Manager is responsible to generate all sales activities in their geographic territory, including education of company products to dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants and office personnel. The Territory Manager drives/reports all sales activities through the CRM system and works closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas are met. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology for sales and business management.
  • Strong supporter and proficient user of Customer Relationship Management systems.
  • Skillfully assess and prioritize account opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage time and plan routes to maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Generate all sales activities in their geographic territory.
  • Educate dentists, Hygienists, Dental Assistants and office personnel on company products.
  • Drive/report all sales activities through the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to ensure that monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas are met.
  • Initiate and drive sales efforts independently.
  • Demonstrate tenacity in pursuing and achieving sales goals.
  • Set and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Learn and apply complex product attributes and procedural contexts.
  • Communicate effectively about dental products, procedures, and scientific aspects to clients.
  • Influence effectively and exhibit a desire to learn consultative selling skills.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Adjust strategies based on dynamic market conditions and customer needs.
  • Follow sales processes and directions, including account targeting, CRM management, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Utilize technology (Teams, Showpad, CRM, BI, MS Office, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrate mental agility to solve problems and overcome challenges.
  • Visit dental offices, dental centres, and dentistry departments to promote/sell products efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide quality information on Septodont products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that motivates and inspires others.
