The Territory Manager, Residential Construction will be part of the Field Sales & Operations team as a remote employee in their assigned territory. This role involves working closely with The Home Depot and Lowe's Pro ecosystems to enhance lead conversion opportunities and expand trade partnerships within the residential construction and Home Services sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring accountability, and offering training support on end-user sales and product knowledge. The position requires identifying and engaging with large residential jobsites, building relationships with key stakeholders, and planning and executing large PRO events in collaboration with Lowe's and THD.
